Registration Fees

How to register:
The registration process must be done online in your personal account and consists of three steps:
- Complete the billing data
- Select the fee you want to pay
- Review and pay the registration fee
Once the payment by credit card is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please follow the registration steps until “Review and pay the registration fee” in order to download a proforma invoice. Then you will be able to save the information and quit the page.

Refund policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 150 Euro if the refund request is received by march 10, 2025 . NO refund is admitted after this date.
There will be no refund to the author registrants. In this case the paid fees can be applied to a substitute speaker.
